Driver means an individual commercial driver who uses the Service to find a team partner and/or to be matched with Carriers.
Carrier means a motor carrier, recruiter, or business that uses the Service to find and contact Drivers and driver teams.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company.
Cookies are small files placed on Your device by a website.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Account and Contact Information

When You create an Account or use the Service, We may collect:

First and last name

Phone number
Mailing address, city, state, ZIP/postal code
Account login credentials (stored in secured, hashed form)

Driver Professional and Safety Information

To provide the team-matching and Carrier-matching features, Drivers may provide, and We may collect and store, professional and safety-related information, which may include:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL) class, issuing state, and license details
Driving experience, years of Class A experience, and employment history
Endorsements and restrictions
License history
Accident and traffic violation history
Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) program status
Safety ratings and related records
Home base location, preferred lanes, freight types, and route preferences
Profile information, photos, and voice or text prompts You choose to provide
Compatibility and preference responses used to match Drivers with potential team partners

Some of this information may be considered sensitive. We collect it only to operate the Service's core matching and recruiting functions, and We handle it as described in this Policy. You choose what to provide; some features may be unavailable without certain information.

Carrier and Business Information

For Carriers, We may collect and process:

Company name and "doing business as" name
DOT number and MC number
Operating authority status, safety rating, and related information obtained from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) SAFER system
Business contact name, email, and phone
Company logo, descriptions, job postings, and recruiting details
Subscription and billing-related information (see "Payment Information" below)

Payment Information

When You purchase a paid Subscription, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Stripe collects and processes Your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy. We receive limited information such as a payment confirmation, the status of Your Subscription, and a customer/subscription identifier.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service and may include Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, the pages You visit, the time and date of Your visit, time spent on pages, unique device identifiers, and diagnostic data. When You access the Service through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, such as device type, device identifiers, and operating system.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and secure the Service and to store certain information. We primarily use:

Necessary / Essential Cookies (Session): required to authenticate users, maintain login sessions, secure the Service, and prevent fraudulent use.

How We Use Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain the Service, including matching Drivers with potential team partners and with eligible Carriers, and enabling Carriers to discover and contact Drivers and Teams.
To verify Carrier authority, by querying the FMCSA SAFER system using a Carrier's DOT/MC number.
To manage Your Account and Your registration as a user.
To process subscriptions and payments, through our payment processor.
To communicate with You, including sending transactional emails and notifications (such as match alerts, application updates, and messages) by email or in-app notification.
To provide customer support and respond to Your requests.
To improve the Service, through analysis of usage trends and effectiveness.
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and violations of Our Terms.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce Our agreements.

How We Share Your Personal Data

We may share personal information in the following situations:

Between users of the Service (core function): This is a two-sided marketplace. By design, a Driver's profile and professional information (such as qualifications, experience, endorsements, safety record, and match information) may be shared with eligible Carriers, and a Carrier's company and job information may be shared with matched Drivers. Information shared between users is governed by the receiving user's own practices, which We do not control. Drivers' compatibility/quiz responses are used for matching and are not displayed to Carriers.
With Service Providers: We share information with third parties that process data on Our behalf to operate the Service, including: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting and storage), Resend (transactional email delivery), Vercel (application hosting), and FMCSA SAFER (Carrier authority and safety verification).
For legal reasons: We may disclose Your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, or where We believe in good faith it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect Our rights or property, prevent wrongdoing, protect user or public safety, or defend against legal liability.
For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your information in connection with a merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
With Your consent: We may disclose Your information for any other purpose with Your consent.

We do not sell Your personal information.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except where used to strengthen security or improve functionality, or where We are legally obligated to retain it longer.

Your information is processed at the Company's operating locations and wherever Our Service Providers are located. The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. We use commercially acceptable means to protect it, including secured hosting and encryption in transit. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on Your state of residence, You may have rights regarding Your personal information, which may include the right to: know and access the personal information We collect; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion; opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" (note: We do not sell Your personal information); and not be discriminated against for exercising Your rights.

Our Service is not directed to, and We do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 18. The Service is intended for commercial drivers and businesses.
